Increase

  1. Whole grains, beans, brown rice, lentils, cereals, nuts, wheatgerm.
  2. (steamed or baked)
  3. Soya bean protein (tofu, bean sprouts)
  4. Fibre (apples, celery, parsnip, turnip, brown bread)
  5. Yoghurt and cultured products (live yoghurts, goats milk, soya)
  6. Garlic and onions
  7. Eggs
  8. Cold pressed oils
  9. Vitamin B. C. E Putin.
  10. Nuts, seeds
  11. Fish
  12. White meat
  13. Cottage cheese
  14. Salad (1 per day)
  15. Skimmed milk, herbal tea (barley cup, bamboo coffee, chamomile, dandelion, rosehip, buckwheat)

AVOID

  1. Tea, coffee, cocoa, chocolate.
  2. Carbonated drinks.
  3. Salt, spices.
  4. Sugar and products containing.
  5. Dairy products (Hard cheese, butter, cream, full fat milk)
  6. Red meat.
  7. Refined foods (White bread, pasta, rice, pastry, fried foods, packet, tinned, processed foods)
  8. Smoking
