Increase
- Whole grains, beans, brown rice, lentils, cereals, nuts, wheatgerm.
- (steamed or baked)
- Soya bean protein (tofu, bean sprouts)
- Fibre (apples, celery, parsnip, turnip, brown bread)
- Yoghurt and cultured products (live yoghurts, goats milk, soya)
- Garlic and onions
- Eggs
- Cold pressed oils
- Vitamin B. C. E Putin.
- Nuts, seeds
- Fish
- White meat
- Cottage cheese
- Salad (1 per day)
- Skimmed milk, herbal tea (barley cup, bamboo coffee, chamomile, dandelion, rosehip, buckwheat)
AVOID
- Tea, coffee, cocoa, chocolate.
- Carbonated drinks.
- Salt, spices.
- Sugar and products containing.
- Dairy products (Hard cheese, butter, cream, full fat milk)
- Red meat.
- Refined foods (White bread, pasta, rice, pastry, fried foods, packet, tinned, processed foods)
- Smoking
