Constipation – Diet
Breakfast
- Soaked, Simmered dried Fruit and Wheatgerm (2-3 tsp) + soya milk, fruit juice.
- Figs, dates + cornmeal.
- Yoghurt (live) + wheatgerm.
- Prunes, figs, yoghurt, wheatgerm +milled nuts.
- Fresh fruit + wholemeal cereal + tea (fig, prune, raisin, camomile, comfrey)
Lunch
- Large raw salad + milled nuts.
- Cottage Cheese.
- Brown Bread
- Tofu
- Chicken
- Stewed fruits + Wheatgerm
Evening
- Vegetables (steamed), baked potatoes, stir-fried vegetables.
- White meat, fish + brown rice + vegetables.
- Salad
