Constipation – Diet

Breakfast

  1. Soaked, Simmered dried Fruit and Wheatgerm (2-3 tsp) + soya milk, fruit juice.
  2. Figs, dates + cornmeal.
  3. Yoghurt (live) + wheatgerm.
  4. Prunes, figs, yoghurt, wheatgerm +milled nuts.
  5. Fresh fruit + wholemeal cereal + tea (fig, prune, raisin, camomile, comfrey)

Lunch

  1. Large raw salad + milled nuts.
  2. Cottage Cheese.
  3. Brown Bread
  4. Tofu
  5. Chicken
  6. Stewed fruits + Wheatgerm

Evening

  1. Vegetables (steamed), baked potatoes, stir-fried vegetables.
  2. White meat, fish + brown rice + vegetables.
  3. Salad
