High fibre meals: Raw foods, wholegrains, brown rice, millet, barley, oats, rye, wheat, nuts and Bean sprouts.
White Meat.

Soya products: Tofu
Salad: Celery, radish, onions, apple, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, avocados, grated carrot, baked potato.
Fruit: Apples, pears, bananas, apricots, raspberries, strawberries.
Dried fruit: Figs, dates, apricots, pears, bananas
Live yoghurt
Vegetables (steamed or baked) carrots, parsnips, turnip, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, kale, onions, garlic)
AVOID
Being over-weight
Heavy Lifting
Tight clothes
Large meals
Fried, fatty foods
Refined foods (white bread, flour, pastry, rice, pasta)
Spicy foods
Tea, coffee, alcohol
Acidic foods (Oranges, grapefruit, sugary foods, bread, potatoes)
Red meat
Over cooked food
Constipation and therefore dried foods
Eating quickly or after 7.00pm
Also:
Eat meals slowly – several small meals per day
Use skimmed milk
